Biography

This is Joseph III

Joseph III had a twin sister Catherine baptized the same day at the same place. Joseph III Lebrun dit Carrier is the son of Joseph II and grandson of Joseph I. Joseph III is the last one to use Lebrun dit Carrier. His son Fredinand use only Carrier. From the census of 1851 on, it was strongly suggested to put an end to the "dit". For this branch, Carrier was chosen and Lebrun dropped off.
